Simple, Transparent Model
One-Time Sign-Up: $10,000
Inclusive of business administration such as insurance, registration and related setup, plus shared-zone allocation, onboarding, system access and equipment guidance.
Ongoing Fees: $200/week + 10% Gross Revenue
Weekly base covers system access and dispatch support. 10% royalty supports marketing and lead generation.
Protected Launch Period
If allocated job opportunities total less than $2,500 in your first 30 days, royalty reduces to 5% for the following 30 days.
Conditions apply: respond within 1 hour, maintain availability, follow pricing matrix, accept allocated jobs.

Required for the operator app: receive jobs, respond within 1 hour, update status, and upload before/after photos.

Business-hours availability (flexible days), professional communication, and commitment to our quality and photo requirements.

- Do I take customer calls?
- No. We handle all customer contact, bookings, and quoting. You receive job allocations in the app and complete the work.
- How do I get paid?
- Weekly. We calculate your gross revenue from completed jobs, deduct the 10% royalty and $200 weekly fee, and pay you the remainder. All visible in your dashboard.
- Can I choose my territory?
- You nominate a preferred Perth zone from the live map. Zones are shared coverage areas, not exclusive licences; multiple operators can work in the same zone and jobs are dispatched among available operators.
- Is this a franchise?
- Green Shoots describes the arrangement as an independent operator network rather than a traditional franchise. Review the operator agreement and seek independent legal and business advice.
